In clinical practice we often do come across malaligned teeth. Achieving an esthetic smile, from malalignment is definitely a job of Orthodontist. Though Orthodontics is the right choice, sometimes a conservative management also becomes necessary in cases where Orthodontics could not be carried out. Achieving an esthetic smile by conservative management is discussed here. The clinical case presented here required custom cast and core to provide immediate treatment to the patient. Satisfactory results were obtained in both the cases.
