When a patient presents with esthetic deficits, as a conservative dentist the goal is to treat these patients successfully by establishing proper tooth form, function and esthetics. To achieve this the dentist should choose a proper diagnostic tool that aids him in deciding the treatment plan and also for communicating to the patient. This clinical report presents conservative management of Pathologic migration of left maxillary central incisor with the help of diagnostic casts and mock preparation.
